Welcome back, all however many of you still with us, to the fifteenth official episode of the Venterrobang Podcast. This episode includes a rather long and less than humorous rant by myself, and a personal challenge to use your talents, passions, and hobbies to enlighten, entertain, and enrich your local community. More importantly it is the first episode that we share an independent (indie) artist’s full and uncensored work at the end of all of our blabbing.
Oh, and if you want a Venterrobang Podcast logo on something like a T-Shirt or Mug, let us know and we’ll see what we can do. We’re also gearing up to record live at a few locations around the Springfield, MO area. If you’d like to be on the show, watch our Twitter/Facebook feed for times and locations.
This week we featured the song, “Paper Raindrops” by Ryan Spilken.
Need more Ryan? Find his musical works with The North Decade on Bandcamp, or his solo works “Paper Raindrops” and “Oh Noah” on Soundcloud.
I thought I would try to list some of the fine quality establishments that have been mentioned in this episode, along with a link if available.
Please share your Vents, Rants, Concerns, Complaints, Frustrations, Suggestions, and Incoherent Ramblings with us via the links at the bottom of the page!
Open Source Software products Audacity (basic mixing), Ubuntu 64-bit (Desktop Linux Operating System), Mumble (raw recording), and WordPress (blogging software) were used to create this episode.
